DOT Physical Exams
According to federal regulations, the Department of Transportation (DOT) requires all commercial vehicle drivers to complete mandatory periodic physical exams. The purpose of the exam is to be sure that there are no medical conditions that would interfere with or affect the driver's ability to operate a vehicle safely. From the physical exam to the driver's certificate, the NOHS staff is knowledgeable about the specific compliance requirements and are trained to perform the examinations according to DOT standards.
